I solved my digestive problems and IBS

I've thought long and hard about sharing my most personal and embarrassing health issue that has plagued me for the past 25 years. Thanks to watching the Dr. Oz’s show. I cured my IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) and digestive issue of chronic constipation and diarrhea. I've decided to share my story in the hope that it may help someone else.
My mother told my I was a sickly child always sick with some sort of problem. I do remember going to the Dr a lot, mostly with stomach problems. Now that I’m older and more experienced in the medical field, I can see what was going on when I was a kid. I could tell you about all the medical problems I've dealt with from childhood to today. Don’t worry I’m not going to bore you with all the gory details.

Long story short, I've had problems with constipation and diarrhea for most of my life with not relief. I could go two to three weeks without having a significant bowel movement. Once it got to be too painful and to the point I needed to take a laxative I would have to make sure to set aside a whole day to stay home and close to the toilet. Or I would have the opposite, diarrhea so much I would end up dehydrated and in the ER. Living in Arizona it is a task of it’s own to stay hydrated.
I've seen so many different Doctors and had so many different test and all they ever say it go buy an expensive over the counter fiber powder and take it everyday. Well I can’t afford to spend money on something that didn't help much anyway. I was told stop smoking, stop drinking caffeine drink more water exedra exedra. I've tried everything the Doctors have told me to do and nothing helped.
One of the show’s I happened to watch of Dr Oz’s was about the over use of antibiotics and the affect it has on the digestive system. Dr Oz explained that when people take antibiotics it kills all the good bacteria in the digestive track (intestines). He also said that a good way to put the good bacteria back into the intestines is to eat yogurt or Activea (YUCK) I can’t eat much of those two. I've been told before to eat yogurt but I can’t stand to eat much. Dr Oz also suggested fermented foods like Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Apple Cider vinegar and pickles.
Wow! this is the first time I've ever heard of eating fermented foods! I love those foods but, don’t let myself eat them very much because I like them. I know it’s a weird reason but that is the way my mind works. If there is a food I really like I limit the amount that I can eat for some strange reason I don’t know why. So when Dr Oz said eat  Kimchi, Sauerkraut and apple cider vinegar for better digestion it was like permission to eat the foods I like so much.
This is getting to be a long post, probably one of my longest. To save you all some more boring reading I will stop here. Please leave a comment below if you would like me to post the actual way I incorporated the fermented foods into my diet. In just 30 days my digestive system was normal for the first time in 25 years.

I would also like to know if anyone would be interested in a free printable to take to the grocery store of the different names for MSG and the artificial sweeteners that is causing so many health problems such as Depression and wait gain along with so many other, all to common, health problems in America today.

I don't recomend buying the probiotics they are selling. I'm not trying to sell you or anyone probiotics! they have a really good presentation of the problem so many people have including me.

Im so glad you found some relief.I went through something similar.Everything I would eat I would lose it to diarea.I went to the doctor and after spending a lot of money on xrays amd losing weight which when things started happing I was 140 pounds .I was 99 pounds when I started eating cauliflower and cheese.Got myself better.But every once in a while I go through it all again.I was wondering about you remedy.Could you let me know?Mary Thanks
